Our team value our website users’ privacy. We collect only a small amount of data about our site users and endeavour to ensure the anonymity of users of our Site. The content is only available to Site members, through a simple registration process.

Signing up - Username and Password
When you register your Get Grubby Program (GGP) subscription, you will submit your postcode to connect you with your relevant GGP memberspace. You will choose your username and password, which you will use to access the site and complete your account details. You will be sent an email that you will ask you to verify your account. This double authorisation process, is in line with best practices. Once verified you will have full access to your memberspace. You need to keep your username and password secure. You can automatically reset, update or change your password in your account area at any time.
This username and password is necessary so that you can access and use the functions of the Site, download content from the Site or participate in activities on or from the Site.

MemberSpace Member Area Access

Once you register on our Site, the Member Area is built using MemberSpace.

As the accounts of our customers/ our members are FREE, we will not be collecting any billing or banking information from you. Any reference to billing or banking in the Memberspace policy or Terms is in regard to our (mememe productions) relationship with Memberspace –as their customer and host of the Get Grubby Program MemberSpace. 

MemberSpace commitment to you

The MemberSpace team wants to let you know we are committed to being GDPR, CCPA, and SCA compliant. While the process of becoming compliant is not simple (or cheap) we want to do what's best for our customers so you can rest easy knowing we fully respect you and your customer's data and security. MemberSpace Data Center

MemberSpace's primary data and servers are hosted at Amazon's AWS data centers in the United States and we do not have any plans to add servers in the European Union.

MemberSpace Application Security

All access to MemberSpace's backend is secured over SSL (HTTPS), which ensures the information is encrypted.

We use Bcrypt and a per user salt to save user passwords in the form of a hash value. We use Cloudflare to protect against numerous types of potential attacks.

We also ensure all employees and contractors have read, understand, and signed our customer data NDA and Company Handbook documents. We have a DevOps team that monitors our network traffic and data sources for abnormal issues - they do various continual and periodic reviews.

Every 6 months, we run an internal security audit which includes:

  • Review of all personnel security access

  • Review any security measure updates personnel need to know about

  • Review of backup procedures for all stored media

  • Review of all 3rd party subprocessors

MemberSpace Data Control

As per GDPR's Data Subject Rights, you can submit a request for us to amend your data, stop processing your data, or delete you data.

MemberSpace Security Breach Notification

If a breach is discovered we will first patch the breach and start assessing the extent of what happened. Within 24 hours of the patch fix we will notify all customers on file by email and via in-app messages.

Collection of Non-personal information
We also collect certain anonymous or non-personal information when you visit some of our Site pages.
